LCL is a specialists design and build main contractor in the interior fit out and refurbishment commercial environment. As highlighted below within our recent work-book history and working in partnership with our clients we have completed various changes of use of commercial properties into residential in line with market conditions which have generated further capital gain from the initial change of use and increasing the gains further once the developments are fully commissioned and handed over to the client for sale or let.
LCL provide a full and extensive service from the initial building survey, planning negotiations, through all aspects of design into the construction phase, commissioning and beyond. We identify the client requirements and simply listen interpreting the design briefs, timescales and most importantly budget.
